GLP-1 Policy is a marketing and lead-generation company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, broker, or licensed insurance producer. We do not underwrite, sell, quote, bind, or service insurance policies. Our service is limited to collecting information you choose to provide and connecting you with licensed insurance professionals and partners who may contact you.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be contacted, receive a quote, qualify for coverage, or obtain any particular price, premium, or rating class. All coverage decisions, pricing, and underwriting are made solely by insurance carriers based on their own guidelines. A prior decline or quote does not predict how any other insurer will evaluate you.

Content on the website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not insurance, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on the website should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Do not change or stop any medication based on information on this website; consult your healthcare provider.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking unsubscribe in an email, telling a caller you no longer wish to be contacted, or emailing hello@glp1policy.com. Revocation applies going forward and may take a reasonable time to process.

Insurance professionals and partners who contact you are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for their products, services, advice, communications, and compliance with applicable law. Any relationship you form with a partner is between you and that partner, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. GLP-1 Policy does not endorse or guarantee any partner.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Submit automated, bulk, or fake requests, or use bots or scrapers to access the website.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, its security, or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without our written permission.

The website and its content, including text, design, logos, images, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to GLP-1 Policy and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view the website for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

If we cannot, any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and GLP-1 Policy waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GLP-1 Policy is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may modify these Terms, or modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. We may restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GLP-1 Policy regarding the website.
